Register for the David Allred Year 'Round Soccer Camp using the downloadable forms below. Follow the instructions to download the forms and print them out using your home computer. Mailing and contact information are included on the forms.

Online Registration and Credit Card Acceptance Available Now!

You can now register using our online registration form. Credit Cards will be processed using PayPal's secure credit card processing gateway. A PayPal account is NOT required to process your registration form.

To register online:

1. Complete the Registration Form.
2. Click Submit. (You will be prompted all required fields if necessary.)
3. You will then be transferred to the secure David Allred Soccer Camp site on PayPal.
4. Enter your credit card information and submit.
5. Once your credit card has been processed, you will then be returned to DavidAllredSoccer.com.
6. The return page will have a receipt for you to print for your records. You will also receive an email confirmation.

Five-Day Full Week Camp
Half-day	8:30 - 12:00	Cost:	$105.00
Full-day	8:30 - 5:00	Cost:	$165.00

Three-Day Mini Camp
Half-day	8:30 - 12:00	Cost:	$80.00
Full-day	8:30 - 5:00	Cost:	$110.00
(You pick any three days that fit your schedule that week)

DISCOUNTS

Early-Bird Special

All Registration Forms Postmarked 3 weeks or more in advance of the first day of camp may deduct $5 off registration for each child.

Multiple Child Savings

Each additional family member that attends camp will receive $10 off registration for the second child, third etc.

Group and Team Discounts

Group and Team Discounts: Have three or more friends or teammates to sign up with you and each of you will receive $10 off registration, Five or more and you will receive $15 off.

Frequency Discount

Every third camp an individual camper attends in 2006 will be 50% off!!! Every sixth camp during the calendar year will be Absolutely Free!!!!
